- 225g/8oz seafood salad (crab/mussels/prawns)
- 170g/6oz cooked prawns
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

- Spread the mashed potato on top and dot over the butter.
- Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and piping hot.

The final night of the ‘Exposed in the Light’ UK Tour. The second of two nights at the Anvil Arts Centre in Basingstoke. The Aussie Pink Floyd Show had a lot to live up to, but they were brilliant! I’ve seen lots of live footage of Pink Floyd over the years, but have never actually been able to see them. If I closed my eyes I would have sworn these guys were Pink Floyd. The light show was amazing, the vocalists were strong and the musicians virtually note perfect.
I guess Bobbie enjoyed it. She never really said much, she just smiled.

After months of anticipation, it’s a night away in Bournemouth for another gig. Not just any old gig though. This is Joe Bonamassa, axe-man extraordinaire. Tickets sold out months ago for the show at the BIC.
Bobbie and I took the day off work and decided to take in the sights before the concert. These are a few of our photographs.
